By using danceaivideo.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using the tools
The tools are for personal use. Please do not use automated scripts to send large numbers of requests, copy the site wholesale, or interfere with its operation.
Whose photos you may upload
Upload only photos of yourself, or of adults who agreed that you make this with their photo. Never upload:
- photos of children or of anyone under 18;
- photos of celebrities, politicians or other public figures, or anything made to pass as them;
- photos of anyone who did not agree, or photos you have no right to use.
Do not use what you make to harass, shame, deceive or impersonate anyone. We remove results and close accounts that break these rules, and we act on every report: see report a video.
What the tools make
An AI model moves the person in your photo like the dancer in the dance you pick. The dancers in our dance clips are AI-generated, and the dances are ours to use. The videos may not look exactly like you, and fast moves can blur hands or feet; each video can be remade once for free. The videos have no sound, so add your own music where you post them, and label them as AI-generated where the platform asks. You may use what you make for personal and social media use.
Refunds
Credits used for a result that failed come back by themselves. Credits you bought and have not used can be refunded within 14 days of the purchase: write to hello@danceaivideo.com from the address of your account.
Accounts
You sign in with a link we email you, so anyone who can read your email can sign in as you: keep it secure. Use your account only for yourself and only for lawful purposes. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the site, such as by asking for sign-in emails to other people's addresses. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Purchases and refunds
Prices are in US dollars; any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies is added at checkout. Purchases are sold by Link, Stripe's service that sells our products for us as the merchant of record, under Link's own terms, and Stripe processes the payments. You can also ask Link's support about a purchase. A purchase is yours once Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds. Something you buy once, such as access to a feature, stays yours for as long as Dance AI Video offers it and your account exists.
If a purchase does not work as described, email us at hello@danceaivideo.com, and we will put it right or refund it. When a payment is refunded, or reversed by your bank (a chargeback), what it gave is removed from your account.
Credits
Credits are prepaid units for using Dance AI Video's services. They are not money: they have no cash value, and they cannot be transferred to another person or account, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash. Each new account gets 10 free credits, once; we may change or stop this for accounts opened later. Credits do not expire, but they end with your account: deleting your account deletes its unused credits, which are not refunded.
If a purchase of credits is refunded or reversed, we remove the credits it gave from your balance. If you have already used some of them, we remove only what is left, so your balance never goes below zero, and we keep a record of the difference. We may correct a balance that is wrong because of an error, and remove credits gained by abuse, such as by opening many accounts to collect free credits.
AI tools
Each use of an AI tool takes the credits shown next to it, set aside when it starts. If it fails, or does not finish in time, you get them back. We keep results for 7 days, then delete them: download what you want to keep.
Where a result says so, you can have it made again once for free, with the same input, while it is kept. A free remake that fails does not count, and a remake cannot itself be remade.
AI models can be wrong, and what they make may be inaccurate, offensive or like the work of others. Check results before you rely on them or share them. You are responsible for what you enter and for how you use what the tools make. Do not use the tools to make anything unlawful, to harm or deceive anyone, to imitate a real person without their consent, or to infringe anyone's rights. We may refuse or stop a use, and close an account, that breaks these terms.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they last changed.
